USAA 2017 Report To Members

Every year USAA sends its Annual Report to their members—but this year they asked us make a unique and engaging experience. To tell how USAA delivered unsurpassed service in 2017 we used contextually relevant 360 photos, superimposed with facts and stats, creating the first 360° annual report. For social engagement we composed interactive 360° time lapse videos of the 360° scenes which drove to site.

3 Million video views
25% increase in engagement
17,792,418 impressions via social campaign
400,000 unique members visiting the site
